Let’s make a bet. For each month that Degust does not report any errors in your network, we will refund your fees.
We trust you. You are seriously interested in good quality and the avoidance of loss of profit.
We are confident that Degust will detect many errors in your network that will either hinder the good customer experience or over-benefit your customers, but in most cases reduce your revenue.
The following rules apply:
- You are a network provider using Degust
- You are seriously testing*
- This offer applies to new contracts concluded before 1 April 2020.
- The first month eligible for a refund is the third month after the end of the integration period.
- Refundable are the user subscription and any additionally subscribed usage fee packages. Excluded from the refund are hardware and VM rental as well as professional services such as integration, test creation, training and travel expenses.
- The bet is offered by Acctopus and its participating distribution partners. Distribution partners may make different or additional offers.
* ‘serios testing’ refers to: at least 100 different subscriber and tariff scenarios are tested 24/7 at least 10 times a day, including automated evaluation of results and integration into your trouble ticket system.
